We Test Your Soil Before We Spray It.
Most crews spray the same mix on every site. 3SRM™ tests your soil first, then builds a stabilisation spec around what it actually needs. Grass that strikes and stays. Less rework, fewer variations, no guessing.
3SRM™ Explained

Why 3SRM™ Exists
Most Stabilisation Specs Are One Line Long.
On a lot of projects, even multi-billion dollar ones, the whole stabilisation spec is one word: hydroseed, or hydromulch. No soil data. No blend. No rate. So every crew sprays their standard mix and hopes your soil agrees. Our industry needs to do better, so we built 3SRM™.
The Problem
Green For Six Weeks. Then It All Dies Off.
Getting grass to strike isn’t the hard part. Keeping it is. A generic mix can’t fix what nobody tested for.
It Looks Great At First
Seed and fertiliser will give you a quick strike on almost anything. The site looks done right when everyone stops checking.
Then The Soil Runs Out
pH out of range, nutrients missing, no living biology. The grass runs out of what it needs and dies back to bare ground.
The Rain Finds It
Bare ground is exposed ground. Sediment moves, the inspector comes back, and your sign-off slips.
You Pay For It Twice
Re-spray, re-mobilise, re-inspect. Rework, variations and cost overruns on a job you thought was finished.

The IG5P Soil Test
Five Things We Test Before Anything Gets Sprayed
Our IG5P Soil Test measures the five pillars that decide whether grass strikes, and whether it’s still there down the track.

About Instant Green
3SRM™ Writes The Spec. Stabi-Mulch™ Holds It Down.
NZ’s only locally made hydromulch
Stabi-Mulch™ is made here from our own proprietary wood fibre. We control every batch, so the rate in your spec performs the way it was written.
NZ's largest hydromulching equipment
American-made units covering 3–5 hectares a day, with a 100 m cannon that reaches ground other crews can’t.
Nationwide coverage
Primary branches across NZ. We service projects from Northland to Southland. If your job is in NZ, we can get there.

What is 3SRM™?
3SRM™ is our Site Specific Soil Revegetation Method. Three stages: discovery, analysis and recommendation. We find out what your site has to achieve, test your soil, then write a stabilisation and revegetation spec built for your soil, your constraints and your consent.
What do you test my soil for?
Our IG5P Soil Test measures five pillars: pH level, desired versus actual element levels, a Solvita test of the living biology in your soil, cation exchange capacity (how well the soil holds and releases nutrients), and organic matter percentage.
Why not just use a standard hydroseed or hydromulch mix?
A standard mix can give you good strike in the first six weeks and still fail down the track if your soil is missing something. Testing first rules out failed strike early and die-off later. That means less rework, fewer variations and less cost overrun.
What do I get at the end of the process?
A 100% site-specific specification. Depending on your results, that covers a soil amendment blend, seed, fertiliser and a Stabi-Mulch™ application rate set for your soils. If your soil can't support revegetation, we'll specify quality imported topsoil instead.
Who is 3SRM™ for?
Anyone building a project that needs long-term protection. We've run 3SRM™ for contractors, engineers, councils and renewable energy projects. The specification can go straight into tender documents, so every price is for the same job.
How do I get started?
Apply for a free 3SRM™ analysis using the form on this page. We'll talk through your project, then get out on site to take samples. We work nationwide, Northland to Southland.
